How Many Additional Calories Should You Eat Per Day To Gain Weight

Now you should aim to increase your daily caloric intake by ~300-500 calories per day over the number you just calculated

DO NOT Exceed A 500 Calorie Surplus A Day

If you try to increase your caloric intake by > 500 calories a day, you may begin to struggle with consistency. Your body, and most of all your stomach, will need some time to get used to the extra calories.
