Hi, welcome to the White Coat Trainer.

Our goal is to create a resource that helps doctors, students, and other hard-working professionals integrate health and wellness into their busy schedules.

The idea for this website came to me after receiving numerous requests from fellow doctors and other hospital employees for tips on working out, fitness, and weight loss.

It is shocking to see how little time is dedicated to exercise, nutrition, and dieting in our medical training, yet patients often seek doctors as one of the first resources for health and fitness advice.

There is a ton of information out there, and it’s easy to get lost in all of the different and often contradictory theories of fitness.

After many years of training, coaching, watching seminars and reading books, I realized that health and fitness doesn’t have to be complicated, and it’s far more simple than others would have you believe.

Everyone is busy, we get that- however, we are here to share with you techniques on how to feel better, look better and start living a healthy lifestyle, despite working 80+ hours a week.

This website will create simple, high-quality content broken down into different health and wellness categories, applicable to people of different knowledge bases.
