White Coat Trainer 1 Year Blog Anniversary

It has been approximately one year since we started The White Coat Trainer.

We have had a blast creating content for you guys, and we plan on continuing the trend over the next year.

Just as it is difficult to exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle with a busy schedule, the same is true for maintaining a blog!

When beginning the WCT, our goal was to publish 1 post a week. The first post went live on April 19th, 2017 and we received over 1000 page views the first month.

We also began to publish Recipes as well as Exercise Tutorials which we did every 1-2 weeks.

Each subsequent month showed a slow and steady increase in traffic with 1200-1300 page views a month, to 1900 page views, and then a steady 3000-4500 page views a month.

Some months received 6000+ page views because of guest posts.

As of April 19, 2018, we ended our first year with

  • 49 published Blog Posts
  • 34 published Recipes
  • 40 published Exercise Tutorials
  • 54,352 Unique Visitors
  • 102,760 Page Views

A lot of page views came in the last couple of months because of Pinterest.

We recently started paying more attention to Pinterest, which has also brought in a big influx of traffic. We ended March with 30,000 page views from one pin that went viral (relatively speaking). Therefore we will continue to focus on Pinterest this coming year.

We will continue to produce content on a ~biweekly basis, and we will actually be going back and updating old posts, as we realize they could be so much better.

If you look back into our archives you may notice some posts that are more thorough and are better organized. We also plan on adding more exercise tutorials and making them much more thorough than before.

Please share the words with your friends and colleagues.

Lastly, we have finally published the long awaited WCT Men’s and Women’s Strength Program.

  • Are you tired of going to the gym and not knowing what to do?
  • Are you tired of spending 1+ hour at the gym and getting no results?
  • Do you have an unpredictable work schedule and cannot conform to a regular exercise schedule?
  • Do you wish you had a simple template that gave you step by step instructions on what to do?

The WCT Strength Program a 15 week, pre-made template with everything already designed for you.

This program is one of the first of its kind to focus on the busy individual.

The WCT Strength Program is designed to be done in ~35 minutes a day, and it uses only the most effective exercises to maximize the little time that you have to exercise.

Don’t have a predictable schedule? No problem. The template accounts for this.

Having a good day? What about a bad day? The template accounts for this too.

No more guessing what you have to do.

No more spending countless hours at the gym.

What are you waiting for?
